Regular brushing with a soft-bristle brush removes surface dirt and debris. A leather conditioner applied every few months keeps the material supple and helps maintain water resistance. Boots should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent cracking or fading.
A 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with stitching, soles, and hardware. Normal wear and tear, water damage from improper care, or misuse are not covered under warranty terms. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original packaging. A prepaid return label is included with most orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
